The Crossroads Conference will be an excellent opportunity to access an entirely new audience interested in historic preservation in a city that is facing tremendous challenges in preserving our historic architecture.
Anticipated audience includes government officials, investors, banking industry, contractors, preservation
practitioners, and a community hungry for change. The event will be heavily marketed locally as
well as across the state of Mississippi. You are encouraged to be an exhibitor. Attendees will benefit from
exposure to the information, products, and services you have to share.

The Exhibit Hall will be located in the Grand Lobby of the MSU Riley Center in downtown Meridian.
Registration, the March 31st Reception, and all breaks will be held in this space, allowing multiple contact
times with attendees. The projected attendance is 150 participants.


SET UP: Wednesday, March 30 from 4-6 pm


REGISTRATION: Thursday, March 31 - begins at 8 am
Exhibitors should be available at this time to meet and greet attendees.
See schedule for most opportune times.


BREAK DOWN: Friday, April 1 starting at 1 pm


BOOTH SIZE: 10’ x10’


FEE: $500


INCLUDES: - 2 Complimentary booth personnel passes per 10 x 10 space
(Includes 1 Conference Pass (to all functions)
- Additional Lunch Pass $25 each
